Electric Lights Terms of Sale & License
Plain terms for a one-time purchase, and a 30-day refund if it isn't right for you.

By buying or using Electric Lights you agree to these terms.
Free version
Electric Lights is free to use with no time limit: pegs, lights, patterns, sounds and the sample pictures. Saving pictures, Photo to Pegs, export, print, share and copying pictures into other apps need a license.
Your license
- A one-time purchase gives you a personal license to use the full version on up to three Macs you own or control. You can move it between Macs by deactivating one in Settings ▸ License.
- The license is for the version you buy and the updates published for it. There's no subscription.
- Please don't share, resell or publish your license key, or try to get around the licensing.
Purchases and taxes
Orders are processed by Polar as merchant of record, under Polar's terms. Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
Updates
Electric Lights checks for updates and can install them for you. Features may change between versions.
No warranty
Electric Lights is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Bruce Elgort isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If we update them, the new version applies to purchases made after it's posted here.
Refund Policy
30 days, no hassle
If Electric Lights isn't right for you, email support@electriclights.app within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with, and you'll get a full refund. No forms, no questions required.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, the license key is revoked and Electric Lights returns to the free version. Your pictures stay on your Mac.
